Kyle Samuels Founder

After 15 successful years in recruiting and human resources, Kyle Samuels founded Creative Talent Endeavors. Kyle spent several years working for Yum! Brands in various HR leadership roles, and prior to Yum! he held several HR roles at GE Aviation. His background also includes extensive experience at top retained executive search firms. Kyle is a graduate of GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program and holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Purdue University.

An accomplished business development expert with a track record of cultivating successful relationships, Jared leads CTE’s client acquisition and growth initiatives, creating partnerships with some of the world’s most well-known brands. Throughout his career in the Executive Search industry Jared has developed consulting services practices and led sales teams that support strategic partnerships with high growth Start-Ups to Fortune 500 companies. He is a former collegiate baseball player at Southern University where he graduated with his degree in Public Relations.

David Hipperson Engagement Director

David Hipperson began his career by opening a new office as the second Recruiter at a Silicon Valley search firm that specialized in working with tech start-ups. He was quickly promoted to leading his own team as a Director of Recruitment about a year later, and shortly thereafter he was promoted once again to oversee the entire office/territory as the Managing Director of Silicon Valley. After several years, David became a Head of Talent at the Artificial Intelligence company Doxel. He was the 11th hire, and helped to scale the company across all departments and levels to the tune of more than 4x growth in less than a year. Since joining Creative Talent Endeavors, David has led searches in Sales, Diversity & Inclusion, Total Rewards, and more.

Le Anne has more than 15 years’ experience in the talent space, including in-house and consulting Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, and HR leadership roles across multiple industries. Her work with global Fortune 150 companies to entrepreneurial retained search firms informs her agile, hands-on approach in bringing best practices to clients big and small. Le Anne is a lifelong learner who loves to face her fears including a solo safari in South Africa, a 14,000-foot skydive, and swimming with Galapagos sharks. She earned her degree in Sociology at UCLA, has Diverse Talent Sourcing and Life Coaching credentials, and completed executive programs at Yale and Cornell.

Natalie Coache Engagement Director

Natalie is a proud Mom, Human Resources Executive, Wall Street veteran, and global citizen. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the Howard University School of Business where she earned a bachelor’s degree as an International Business major.
Natalie’s extensive Recruitment and Human Resources background was built through progressive leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Prudential, and BASF over two decades in Corporate America. She held global roles in the Financial Services industry that afforded her the opportunity to travel throughout Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean prior to committing to Human Resources as a long-term career.
Natalie is passionate about empowering young girls and women and serves as the Chief of Staff for Girlz With Goals, a 501c3 non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire young women to become leaders by fostering a love of learning and empowering girls to realize their full potential.
When not hard at work or catering to her kids, Natalie enjoys quality time with friends and family, traveling the world, music, cooking, and great wine.

Demetrios has over 18 years of sales, recruiting and leadership experience providing executive search and consulting expertise. Throughout his career Demetrios has led business development and executive search teams with high growth startups and Fortune 50 organizations. He has successfully impacted key projects including IPO readiness, FP&A department overhauls, Agile transformations, enterprise system implementations and various mission critical endeavors. His keen awareness of client culture, future initiatives and business strategy has enabled Demetrios to build lasting partnerships with organizations at all phases of growth across industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, food & beverage, CPG and more. He is a proud graduate of Catawba College where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration and was a member of the lacrosse team.

Hannah Bloom Sr Associate

Hannah Bloom was the second employee at Creative Talent Endeavors, and she received her bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media Studies from the College of Charleston. Hannah began her career at CTE as a Sourcer and was quickly promoted to Recruiter. Since then she’s led successful engagements for roles including Director of Digital Marketing, and a General Manager at a global technology company.

Matt joined the Creative Talent Endeavors team in 2021, leveraging his process excellence skillset and operations-focused HR background in new ways. He began his career with Trane Technologies, a global climate company, where he held several roles, most recently as the business partner for a major commercial business segment. Matt is a two-time graduate of Purdue University and holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management.

Chloe Deason Research Analyst

Chloe received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Chloe has experience in research laboratory settings, customer service settings, and as an office assistant. As a Research Analyst was able to uniquely combine the skills she acquired in all of those former roles. Today she supports the Recruiting team in candidate identification and is excited by getting to work on important projects for F500 companies and start-ups alike!

Alejandro Urbaez is a seasoned sourcer with extensive experience in administrative and recruiting tasks such as sourcing, scheduling, researching, and email management. Alejandro excels at improving recruiting processes, which allows Creative Talent Endeavors to quickly identify and engage talent for our clients. Outside of work, Alejandro is a soccer fan, and his favorite teams are FC Barcelona and LA Galaxy. He studied at U.C.V where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in International Affairs.

Javier Varela Executive Assistant & Sourcer

Javier is an enthusiastic Executive Assistant and Sourcer that joined Creative Talent Endeavors in 2020. He brings experience in several administrative tasks, such as sourcing, scheduling, researching, email/calendar management, and filing and organizing documents. He is passionate about international cuisine, and he’s also a Modern Languages student.

Brent earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Security Intelligence with a minor in Data Science from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. He interned at Incentive Management group. Culture was important in his job search, so he was excited to join as a Research Analyst with CTE after connecting with the team. Today he supports the Recruiting team in helping them to find top talent for all of CTE’s clients!
