During the kickoff call, clients meet the CTE Triad that will support the engagement. The Triad consists of the Executive Search Partner, Client Partner, and Research Analyst.

Prospective Profiles

We submit prospective profiles for calibration and review within 72 hours of kickoff.

Real-Time Candidates

We source candidates via an omnichannel strategy, tapping the CTEcosystem of our networks, strategic partners, and advocates to uncover new candidates and present them in real time.

Interview Process

We vet, present, and remain in constant communication with candidates moving through the selection process.

Negotiation & Review

We conduct a thorough reference review for candidates prior to their final interviews, and we facilitate negotiations to streamline the steps to offer acceptance.

Assessment

We conduct a working assessment for your new employee designed to help identify the best ways to engage, retain and develop them in your culture.

Professional Assessment & Complimentary Evaluation

Creative Talent Endeavors values its retained search clients and wants to ensure each new employee is well-positioned for rapid integration and long-term success. For each successful retained search placement, CTE offers the hired candidate a courtesy professional assessment and one-on-one debrief with a CTE Advisory Services professional consultant within 60 days of their start date with your organization.
