What We Can Do
Creative Talent Endeavors applies best practices and methodologies that have proven successful at recruiting top talent, from individual contributor to the C-Suite. The same rigor and discipline goes into every engagement, regardless of level. We offer a bespoke service and introduce talent to companies that will further their career development. Creative Talent Endeavors is proud to be an NMSDC certified Minority Business Enterprise.
We find outstanding candidates, quickly, and at a fraction of the cost of other retained search firms. We hit the ground running on engagement and will send a sample of prospective candidates before we reach out to anyone so that we can fine-tune in the beginning. Most of our clients have engaged us for additional assignments after the first placement.
Unlike the bigger firms we don’t overcharge clients for administrative costs; our professional fee structure is based on cash compensation for each position. We also offer an option for a monthly retainer with a smaller placement fee.
Our proprietary process involves identifying the candidate that our clients will eventually hire in 30 days or less. We define our success by placing candidates within 75 days of the initial engagement.
FOUNDER & CEO
After 15 successful years in recruiting and human resources, Kyle founded Creative Talent Endeavors, a retained search firm focused on matching top talent with companies that will develop them through engaging and impactful work.
Kyle spent several years working for Yum! Brands, most recently as a member of the Taco Bell Human Resources team, acting as a business partner to the Taco Bell CPO, CFO,CIO, and their respective client groups. Prior to this role he was the Yum! Brands Corporate Head of Talent Acquisition.
Before joining Yum!, Kyle held several roles at GE Aviation. His background also includes extensive experience at top retained executive search firms. Kyle is a graduate of GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program and holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Purdue University.
